Get Paid To Do English Homework

Regardless of the subject, you can always get paid to do homework by students. As mentioned earlier, learning can be strenuous, languages included, and people are willing to give anything to have their homework done.

With this in mind, the deeper knowledge you have about a specific subject, the higher your chances are of landing a homework gig.  Nonetheless, it is unfair to do homework for students, especially if the work going to be graded.

That’s why I recommend doing it as a reference or tutoring aid. When it comes to the English language, All Home Work is worth looking at.

UN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowerment of women; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.

Almost nine months after the fighting between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) erupted on 15 April 2023 in the capital Khartoum, more than 7.4 million people, majority women and children, have fled their homes, taking refuge inside and outside Sudan. Sudan is now the country with the largest number of displaced people and the largest child displacement crisis in the world.

More than 6 million people have been displaced within Sudan, increasing by an estimated 611,000 people over the past month mainly due to new displacements from Aj Jazirah and other states since 15 December 2023. IOM DTM reported in its update on Aj Jazirah State displacement that about 509,800 people were displaced by fighting in Aj Jazirah. About 205,500 of them were displaced in other safe locations within Aj Jazirah, and another 304,336 IDPs fled to other states across Sudan, including Gedaref (64,551 IDPs), Sennar (60,000 IDPs), Red Sea (50,035 IDPs), White Nile (40,750 IDPs), River Nile (30,000 IDPs), Kassala (30,000 IDPs), Blue Nile (15,000IDPs), and Northern (14,000 IDPs) states.

The 6 million internally displaced persons (IDPs) are sheltering in 6,282 locations across all of Sudan’s 18 states, an increase of 343 locations over the past month. The highest number of IDPs were observed in South Darfur (12 per cent), East Darfur (11 per cent), River Nile (11 per cent), Aj Jazirah (8 per cent), White Nile (8 per cent), and North Darfur (8 percent). IOM DTM field teams report that the IDPs were originally displaced from 12 states, the majority of whom (about 3.7 million people or 61 per cent of the total displaced) were reportedly displaced from Khartoum State, followed by South Darfur (15 per cent), North Darfur (8 per cent), Aj Jazirah (5 per cent), Central Darfur (4 per cent), West Darfur (3 per cent), and the rest in other six states. In addition, more than 1.4 million people have crossed into neighbouring countries since 15 April 2023, according to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR).

Access to vulnerable people is difficult and many humanitarian activities have been suspended due to insecurity. This results in a vicious circle: violence drives up the need for humanitarian services, while at the same time, insecurity reduces the number of organizations that can continue their work and affected people face many more obstacles in accessing services. Even before the fighting broke out, humanitarian needs in Sudan were at an all-time high, with a third of the population - approximately 16 million people - in need of humanitarian assistance majority women and girls. At present, there are already more than 3.7 million internally displaced persons in the country, some of them multiple times. It is expected that these numbers will rise as fighting spreads and intensifies.

The conflict, combined with the effects of drought, floods and disease, threaten to push Sudan from a humanitarian emergency to a humanitarian crisis of major magnitude. The renewed fighting has aggravated an already fragile situation and negatively affecting delivery of humanitarian aid. The impact of the ongoing fighting on the lives of women and girls is particularly damaging, as they are disproportionately affected by violence, especially when they are forced to flee their homes and communities.

UN Women Sudan has received funds from Japan to respond to the current humanitarian crisis in Sudan to achieve the following objectives:

  • Women and young women IDPs and women in host communities, benefit from sustainable livelihood opportunities.

It is against this backdrop that UN Women SCO is seeking to hire a Humanitarian Programme Analyst, Humanitarian Action to support the team in delivering the aforementioned objectives.

Answering the question ‘what are you looking for in your next job’.

Preparing effectively for your interviews will help you achieve the right goal - learning if this ... [+] new job is a good fit for you

In my former corporate life, and in coaching professionals as well as hiring managers over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how stressful and confusing the interview process can be, including how to answer some of the most common questions hiring managers ask.

Interviewing is often intimidating because we worry how we’ll “come off” and if we’re putting our best foot forward to land the role. But it’s critical to understand that an interview isn’t an “audition.”

It should be a true give-and-take process–a two-way, frank and open conversation where both interviewer and interviewee are posing—and addressing—with honesty, clarity and depth, the critical questions and issues that will help both of you discern the key features and aspects of this job and if you’re a true fit for it.

One of those common questions from interviewers is “ What are you looking for in your next job ?”

Let’s break that down to understand what the question is essentially getting at, and the best ways to answer it.

Potential Versions Of This Question

Netflix’s new #1 movie is an overlooked, must-watch crime comedy thriller, reacher season 3 casts a villain that looks like he ate reacher, the 79 best memorial day sales according to our deals editors.

During my time in corporate (and later in my own business) when I’ve been engaged in hiring professionals for open jobs on my team, I’d ask various versions of this same question (depending on my particular focus or the needs of the specific role). All the versions were designed to help me understand what the interviewee was hoping to experience and achieve in the next chapter, what they wanted to leverage — in terms of their top skills, talents, experiences, passions and core values going forward—and what they longed to have the chance to focus on and create next. I might ask these different versions below of this same query, “What are you looking for in your next job?”

  • “You’ve had some great executive and leadership responsibility in your past jobs. What are looking for in terms of growth opportunities and experiences in your next role?”
  • “Where do you see yourself in five years? What do you hope for most in terms of your career progression?”
  • “What types of outcomes, projects and teams would you be most excited to support in your next role?”
  • “What are the skills and accomplishments you’d most like to leverage from your past jobs, in the next job?”
  • “What would make an ideal next role for you, and why?”
  • “What type of organization would make you most excited and proud to work for?”

To prepare well for any interview, you’ll want to brainstorm and gain greater self-awareness and clarity about your honest answers to all of the questions above, and work out what you feel is the best way to respond that provides an honest assessment but also sets up you to move forward in the interview, given what you know about the role.

Answers That Will Move The Process Forward

First, give a clear picture of you at your best. Be honest (never lie or embellish in an interview, on your resume, etc.) because lying actually makes us weaker. Lying serves as a strong (damaging) message to ourselves that we’re not talented, experienced or worthy enough to move forward successfully just as we are. Be confident and self-assured—know clearly what your talents and accomplishments are and what you want going forward, and speak of them with assertiveness and strength.

Also be mindful that what you share will be used to help the interviewer evaluate if you’ll be happy, successful and productive in this new role. And that same determination should be your ultimate goal too, in every interview you have.

So before the interview, prepare deeply. Think about all the jobs you’ve had that you loved and what you were doing in those jobs (the skills you used, the collaborative relationships you formed, the talents you developed, the outcomes you loved to support) and think about how you want to leverage all that in the next juncture.

Develop Personalized Responses To These Questions

  • What have you been most proud of, in terms of accomplishments, and why?
  • How did you stand out and what special abilities helped you make a difference in your former jobs that you want to build on?
  • What legacy do you want to leave behind at the end of your career and how will the next role help you build that legacy?
  • What are you most excited about in terms of your work and overall career?

And importantly, make sure you can articulate confidently the kinds of contributions you’d like to bring to this organization. What impact would you hope to make there and why?

Key Points, Words And Themes To Include

Depending on the role and its focus, some key helpful themes to include in answering these questions involve:

  • Your leadership ability and potential and how that’s been demonstrated
  • Your managerial experience, success and impact and how you’d like to apply that in this new role
  • You’re ability to work well in teams and be flexible, collaborative and resilient and how that might help in this role
  • How you typically handle adversity, challenge, crisis and disagreement
  • Your core values , in your work and approach
  • Your commitment to DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) in your leadership and managerial approach, and your understanding of the importance of diversity in building thriving organizations and cultures
  • Your overall working style and the essential leadership and communication traits you prefer to demonstrate
  • The positive impact you ultimately would like to have—on your team and the organization

Why Is This An Important Question?

This question of what you want in the next role is vitally important because it helps hiring managers and interviewees accurately assess how well the open role matches what you want and what your goals for the future are. It helps you both assess what you’re ready to take on next and whether, given what you want and can achieve, you may or may not be the right person for the job.

Once you answer the interviewers questions, you’ll want to follow up and ask, “Does what I’m sharing sound like a strong fit with this role?”

For instance, if the role is too junior, or not rich enough in the types of responsibilities you want, or is too heavily micro-managed, when you crave autonomy, or if the work culture is not supportive of diversity, etc. these areas of inquiry will help you understand if the open role—and this particular work culture—is something you can thrive in.

Experience and talent are not the only key determinants of an individual’s potential job success. It involves many other factors including the person’s true goals, their dominant action style and the way they best operate in the workforce, their vision of an ideal role, their collaborative and leadership abilities, where they dream to go in the future, and more.

In the end, come into the interview with a greater sense of self-mastery, know your key interview style , and bring your most confident, best self to the table. Don’t think about “failing” at the interview. Think about how you can interact in this conversation that demonstrates clearly your strong talents and abilities but also will help you know if this is truly is a role you wish to assume.

Joe Biden's campaign shares job posting ad for ‘meme manager' and Internet understands the assignment

W ASHINGTON, DC: The reelection campaign for President Joe Biden listed a job opening for a "meme page" manager on Daybook on Tuesday, May 21.

According to The Washington Times , the full-time job opportunity based in Wilmington, Delaware, is an attempt by the presumptive Democratic nominee, who is the oldest presidential candidate in the history of the United States at the age of 81, to better connect with young voters.

Polls conducted by CNN in April showed former President Donald Trump leading among young voters between ages 18-34 by 11 points in a head-to-head matchup, even with younger voters typically leaning towards the Democratic side. The response of the administration to the Israel's ongoing assault on Gaza is believed to be a driving force behind this decreased support.

The situation has not been aided by the TikTok ban bill , which Biden signed into law on April. A February study by the Pew Research Center showed that one-third of the adults in the country used the app, which is particularly popular with those between the ages of 18-34.

Memes have had a sizeable impact in garnering popularity of political figures, so much that the incumbent's campaign has adopted the 'Dark Brandon' meme, which shows an alternate version of Joe Biden with laser eyes, as the profile picture of the Biden-Harris HQ page on X (formerly Twitter).

Biden camp to hire a meme manager

The job description for 'Partner Manager, Content and Meme Pages' that has been put up on Daybook by the Biden campaign read, "The Biden for President (BFP) campaign is looking for a Partner Manager to join the Digital Partnerships team. In this role, you will initiate and manage day-to-day operations in engaging the internet's top content and meme pages. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about bringing political content to voters where they already are on the internet. They have a deep interest in politics and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE."

The primary responsibilities of the selected candidate would include cultivation and management of "relationships with top digital media companies, podcasters, and meme pages across a number of social media platforms," working "independently with external partners to identify and land engagement opportunities" and see them through to the end, as well as engaging "internal teams and cross-functional partners to foster innovative ideas."

Memes flood internet in response to Biden's call for 'meme manager'

"Biden campaign's new meme manager swearing he'll have his team produce quality memes," read the caption to a meme over the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

"Biden meme manger 5 minutes into their new job," read another.

"Biden checking in on the meme team," quipped a third.

" Gonna have to dust Biden off for the debates," stated a fourth.

More memes on the subject, without captions, followed.
