Food can be contaminated by germs and chemicals. They should be washed, handled, cooked or preserved properly. If we eat these foods, we may suffer from food poisoning. Food poisoning is an illness that results from eating contaminated food. To avoid food contamination, food should be washed, handled, cooked and preserved properly. Did you know?   ১। শূন্যস্থান পূরণ করাে : ১ x ৬ = ৬

যে কোনাে স্থানেই আগুন লাগলে _____ সৃষ্টি করে, দাউ দাউ জ্বলে আগুনের শিখা থাকা যায় না তা ঘরে । 

উত্তর: ভীতির

অযথা দৌড়াদৌড়ি না করে নেমে এসাে রাস্তায়, নিকটবর্তী _______ যেন খবর পৌঁছে যায় । 

উত্তর: দমকলে

_______ গন্ধ যদি নাকে আসে হতে হবে সাবধান , দ্রুততার সাথে বন্ধ করবে গ্যাসেরই তাে নবখান।

উত্তর: গ্যাসের

শাড়ির _______খাবার নামালে বিপদ হতেই পারে , সাঁড়াশিটা কাছে রাখতেই হবে ঠিকমতাে ব্যবহারে ।

উত্তর: আঁচলে

গ্যাসের গন্ধ পেলেই দরজা ________ দাও খুলে , জুলন্ত স্টোভে কেরােসিন যেন ঢালবে না কেউ ভুলে ।

উত্তর: জানলাটা

(চ) হুকিং করাটা বড়াে _______ তেমনি ভয়ঙ্কর , অসাবধানেতে আগুন লাগলে পুড়ে যাবে বাড়িঘর।

উত্তর: অপরাধ

২) নীচের ছবিগুলি শনাক্ত করে ছবির বক্তব্য কয়েকটি বাক্যে বর্ণনা করো ।

(ক) গ্যাসের গন্ধ যদি নাকে আসে তাহলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে জানলা দরজা খুলে দিতে হবে । কোনোরকম বৈদ্যুতিক স্যুইচে হাত দেবে না অর্থাৎ আলো অন বা অফ করবে না । গ্যাসের নব বন্ধ আছে নাকি সেটা দেখে দ্রুত তা বন্ধ করতে হবে । এরপরও যদি মনে হয় যে গ্যাস লিক হচ্ছে তাহলে দ্রুত গ্যাস সরবরাহকারীকে খবর দিতে হবে ।

(খ) জ্বলন্ত স্টোভে কখনোই কেরোসিন তেল ঢালা উচিত নয় । কারণ কেরোসিন তেলে আগুন লেগে দাউ দাউ করে জ্বলে উঠে মারাত্মক বিপদ ঘটতে পারে । তাই সবসময় স্টোভ বন্ধ করে বা যখন স্টোভ বন্ধ থাকবে তখনই কেরোসিন তেল ঢালা উচিত ।

(গ) ঘরে যখন মোমবাতি বা কুপি জ্বালাবে তখন অবশ্যই জানলা খুলে রাখতে হবে বায়ু চলাচলের জন্য । যদি তা না করা হয় তাহলে ঘরে কার্বনমনোক্সাইড ভরে গিয়ে ঘরে থাকা ব্যক্তির প্রানসংশয় ঘটতে পারে ।
