Assignments are the side missions of Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 . These have little to no bearing to the overarching narrative, but completing them may further understanding of the series' underlying workings.

There is a large variety of assignments to complete; this page is a list of them. Click on a specific assignment in the list to read its detailed walkthrough. For a list of missions broken up by cluster and system, see the Mass Effect System Guide .

Some assignments are listed more than once; this is intentional and is intended to make them simpler to find by listing them in all relevant contexts as they appear in the Journal .

For an alphabetical list of assignments, see Category:Assignments ; for locations, see Category:Assignment Locations .

The Division 2: All Classified Assignments (& How To Complete Them)

The Division 2 has tons of classified assignments to complete. Here's how you can complete them all.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is a massive action role-playing video game released in 2019 and has a huge fan-base and audience. It is set in Washington, D.C. and it revolves around the aftermath of "Green Poison", a genetically engineered virus.

RELATED:  The 5 Best Open-World Ubisoft Games

There's a lot of content in  Division 2 to go over, and there are extension packs to purchase after that, so players rarely get bored with it. Some assignments in the game are classified, and these contain clues as to what really happened in Washington D.C. before the virus. These classified assignments revolve around the collectibles found throughout the level, so players should be aware.

8 National Bond Armory

In the back corner of the lobby ground floor, players will find the Orders From Corporate collectible. Moving on, if players shoot the yellow electrical box above the Security Office door, it will open the Administration office upstairs, where they can find the Hotdog Backpack Trophy . Inside the Security Office, through the body scanner is the Logistics collectible.

Then progressing further, inside the vault area, there's a decontamination room on the right. If players shoot the lock, the Opportunities collectible is inside. And lastly, in the final room of the level, on the left side is a locked office, and on the same wall is another yellow electrical box. When players shoot the box, the office door opens, and inside is the Exit Plan collectible.

7 Nelson Theatre Hostages

Forcing open the elevator door in the hallway will lead to the stage. Here, players will find the Briefing collectible. Turning on the generator found at the left of the elevator will lead to collectibles Holding and the Donut Backpack Trophy .

Before progressing to the backstage area, there's a locked bathroom near the elevator. Shooting the lock will lead to the Barricade collectible. After defeating the boss on the theatre balcony, players need to progress across the room on the opposite side of the balcony and collect the Hostile Takeover collectible.

6 Central Aquarium

The five collectibles in the Central Aquarium are a little more complicated to obtain. On the second floor, there's a bench to the left next to the elevator, that's where players can find the Tough Calls collectible, near the Behind the Scenes sign. After that, down the stairs is the lab area. Entering the first lab, players will see a second door. Shooting the lock will open the door, and on the table will be the Pools collectible.

RELATED: Division 2: 10 Must-Have Perks For New Agents (& How To Use Them)

In the same room, there's a body of a Hyena in the corner, looting that will give the players the Upper Lab Key. Players then should head into the Ozone Chamber, and above is an office. Shooting the yellow power box will give access. In the lower corner of the floor, there's a chained area, with a staircase. The Fish Fry collectible is found on the bottom stairs. Up the stairs, and on the next level is the office where players can reach the Sushi Backpack Trophy . The last collectible, Options , is inside the room where the player rescues the civilians on a bar.

5 NSA Site B13

First, players should turn on the Generator, which is part of the main mission. Heading back to the Data Center, inside the Conference Room on the left, and into the Communal Area, they will find the Erica Gonzales Recording 42 collectible next to a laptop. The next collectible, the Ivan Grekov Recording 2 , is inside Room 2 on a chair.

Going into the Data Analysis room, the Gordon Amherst Recording 118 collectible can be obtained by a keycard Level 7. After rebooting the servers and defeating the enemy, players should make their way to the left of the server reboot room, and climb the rocks. Along the path will be a fan. Shooting it will stop it, so players can climb into the fan area and reach the Commanding Officer Room. Here they will find the Ice Cream Cone Backpack Trophy .

Before the passenger terminal is a building with an ad on it that reads "See the capital by boat", and the building has a locked fence area. Players can easily shoot the lock off and head inside to grab the Skimming collectible. On the balcony area outside the bar, players will see the offices across the room. Shooting the power circuit there is needed to access a collectible later. Back in the passenger terminal, players should look for the Most 24 shop. The key to the shop is on the floor above, inside the bar. Accessing the shop, players will find the Promise collectible. At one point, players will raise the shutters to open up the passenger terminal. In the top right of this room, there's an office where a lot of spiders spawn. Unfortunately, the Fair collectible is found in this room.

RELATED: The Division 2: 10 Useful Skill Combos

Heading into the warehouse, there's a room called Administration. On the wall, there's a camera with the sign "Smile and Wave You're on Camera". Players should use the wave emote, then head back to the office under the already shot electrical box. There's the active computer, and with that players can open the Administration door. Inside the room, they should grab the Door Cose, and with that, open the Boat Storage. Finally, they will see the Inflation collectible. The next collectible, Value , is found above the mission exit in the Boat Warehouse, resting on a chair. For the last collectible, players will need that shot electrical box mentioned earlier. Looking up in the Boat Storage room, there's a rope that players can shoot down. After going up the rope, players should follow the wooden catwalk until reaching an office. Heading through the offices, in a window will be the Ice Cream Cone Backpack Trophy .

The Embassy assignment has five collectibles. To obtain the first one, players have to head into the Ambassadorial quarters, where an enemy will come out of a washroom. Going through that washroom into a room, players will find the Policy collectible on the dresser. As players progress through the Atrium, they'll reach the Archives. Going into the Archives and looking back and up, they'll see a pair of doors above. Here, they can shoot the locks from the inside, and then get back, and up the stairs to go inside and reach the Family collectible.

RELATED: Division 2: Everything You Need To Know About The Technician Skill Tree

During the helicopter scene, a hole will blow open on the ground floor of the Atrium. Inside this hole is the Activated collectible. In the same location, players can find a key card, that will give access to the locked door in the Embassy. The Hoodie collectible is in that room. In the same room, there's a set of double doors. In this room, payers have to force open the elevator, head up the elevator shaft and throw a grenade through the slot in the glass to open the door. Through this door is the Muffin Backpack Trophy .

2 Nightclub

Right at the entrance, on the left, players will see an elevator. Forcing open the door will lead to the Spice Effects collectible. In the Brass Room, there's a room behind the bar. Shooting the lock will open the door, and the Spice Productions  collectible will be found in this room. The Agent Activation collectible is in the Gold Lounge. There's a dead person named Johnny next to the neon lights in the Silver Lounge. He has the Control Booth key that the players will need to enter the Silver Lounge's control booth, where the OD Call collectible is found. Players have to turn on the generator here. After completing the level, they have to go to the control room, but before heading to the Staff Only door, they'll need to shoot the power box to the left. Inside the control room, players can open the Security Room nearby, where they'll find the Are We Rogue collectible.

Obtaining the Burger Backpack Trophy is very complex. Players need to learn a four-part code throughout the assignment that they'll have to input in the Security Room at the end of the level. The first code piece is on the top floor of the lobby area. Turning on the generator, players will see chords of light. They should make a note of the light number (1-4). After that, players need to hit the wood on the right side to see a symbol and take a note of that as well. In the hallway towards the Gold Lounge is a storage room on the left. Inside the storage room is another generator, and using a flashlight players can reveal the symbol. They have to take note of the lights and the symbol as well. Players have to do the same thing with the Silver Lounge generator, and in the Geode Room on the DJ stage. Here, players have to interact with the turntable to see the symbol on the left and turn on the generator for the lights. Now that that's done, players have to head up the stairs and shoot the electrical box. Through the Staff Only door, and past the Level Exit in the control room. Shooting the lock on the door will open it, and players have to input the codes in the Security Room, and a door will open. Heading back to the beginning of the level, players will receive the Burger Backpack Trophy.

1 Detention Center

To obtain the five collectibles in the Detention Center, players have to enter the locked cell in the Laundry Room. This can be done by shooting the power box on the wall. Next to the red laundry basket is the Mass Arrests collectible. By the entrance to the Gym, there's a locker next to the vending machines. Inside the locker, players will find the key to the Visitation Room. Inside, on the desk is the Prison Outbreak collectible. The NSA Wiretap collectible is found inside the guard tower of Cellblock B, on the desk.

Players then need to go to the guard tower of Cellblock A, on the second floor. Shooting the powerbox through the window will help access the NSA Interrogation  collectible. Using the keypad in the guard tower of Cellblock B, players can open the cell doors. In cell B40, there's a hole in the wall. Following the catwalk, players will get to the generator. On the left, they can shoot the pipes to close, then heading back to the generator, players will see cords. They'll have to shoot the circuit, and that will open another generator room. Taking the fuse out, players can put it into the fenced-in generator and drain the water. They'll see a now accessible ladder and can head through the sewer area to reach the Fries Backpack Trophy .

Mass Effect Assignments: how to start every side quest & assignment

While you’ll be doing a lot of running and gunning across the Galaxy, Mass Effect is still a traditional RPG in many ways. That naturally means a whole bunch of side quests - or Assignments,  as they’re known officially in the game.

As with the various character classes, abilities and class specializations in Mass Effect 1, the assignments featured are pretty typical RPG tropes - various quests that offer up rewards like XP, items, gear, paragon or renegade alignment points, and of course new and unique storylines. Completing the majority of the game nets you the ‘Completionist’ trophy/achievement - so if you’re going for that, you’ll need to tidy up the majority of the assignments.

One advantage of the branching, multi-game narrative of Mass Effect is that several of these side quests and assignments can also feature choices that have consequences in Mass Effect 2 and 3 - if you do the quest.

On this page, we’ll list every side quest assignment in Mass Effect, plus where to start them and any other key information completionists will need to know - broken up by each of Mass Effect’s core locations:

  • Citadel Assignments, part 1

Normandy Squadmate Assignments

  • Citadel Assignments, part 2
  • Story Planet Assignments on Feros, Noveria & Virmire
  • Citadel Assignments, part 3
  • DLC Assignments
  • Collectible assignments

Uncharted World Assignments

mass_effect_citadel_assignments_side_quests.png

Citadel Assignments Part 1

These assignments are available from your very first visit to the Citadel very early in the game, though some assignments unlock gradually as more of the Citadel becomes available to you.

  • Citadel: Asari Consort: visit the Consort’s Chambers on the Presidium and speak to Nelyna and then Sha’ira.
  • Citadel: Doctor Michel: head to the Lower Wards Med Clinic again any time after taking down Fist in Chora’s Den as part of the main story.
  • This quest evolves into a ‘second part’ called ‘Citadel: Doctor Michel is Safe’
  • Citadel: Homecoming: once Tali has joined your party, speak to Samesh Bhatia near the embassy area commons area, not far from where there’s an Avina terminal.
  • This quest leads to several follow-up quests as the storyline twists and turns, including Citadel: Jahleed's Secret ,   Citadel: Jahleed and Chorban , followed by one of a number of finales such as Citadel: Jahleed Returns Materials , Citadel: Jahleed Arrested , Citadel: Jahleed Set Free .
  • Citadel: Presidium Prophet: after the council reject your claims about Eden Prime and the Citadel: Expose Saren main quest begins, find a C-Sec Officer and Hanar on the Presidium in the wide open area near the Citadel Tower.
  • Citadel: Reporter's Request: as soon as you can access the Upper Wards (once you’re working to expose Saren), find Emily Wong near the stairway to Flux. Alternatively, picking up the OSD in Fist’s office in Chora’s Den also retroactively gives you the quest.
  • This quest evolves into Citadel: Rita's Sister and Chellick and Citadel: Rita's Sister is Safe as you progress it.
  • Citadel: Scan the Keepers: this assignment is dropped into your lap; after meeting the council, a Salarian is right in your path, fiddling with a keeper. A squadmate will even point them out. Chat to the Salarian, Chorban, to start the quest. If you’ve already started the Citadel: Jahleed’s Fears quest before this one, Chorban will move to the Lower Markets, where you can still get the quest from him. We’ve got a guide to the Keeper Locations to get you through this quest.
  • Depending on choices you make, this assignment will change into either Citadel: Schells' Scanner Given Away or Citadel: Schells has his Data .
  • Citadel: Signal Tracking: visit Flux Casino on the Lower Wards and examine a ‘Suspicious Gambling Machine’ in the upstairs corner to start this quest. We’ve got a guide on the signal tracking locations if you need help.
  • Citadel: The Fan: you’ll find Conrad Verner standing in the Markets area of the Upper Wards. There are three stages to this assignment; you’ll need to visit Verner when you first gain access to the wards, then again after becoming a Spectre, and one last time after completing any of the three main story worlds.
  • As it progresses, this quest changes name to Citadel: Xeltan Convinced .
  • Missing Person / UNC: Privateers: get this assignment by speaking to Garoth in the Citadel Tower after your second meeting with the council. Alternatively, it can be received by hacking a computer terminal on Noveria. It will also automatically trigger if you find and scan the MSV Majesty in the Horse Head Nebula.

Once you’re back on the Normandy after your first Citadel Visit, you’ll have the chance to talk to your squadmates during down time aboard the ship. If you keep talking to them, three of your alien squad members will have requests for you.

What squadmates have to say changes each time you complete a main story mission; you may have to complete one or two story missions before they give you their request and the associated assignment .

  • Garrus: Find Dr. Saleon: keep talking to Garrus and he’ll gradually reveal information about this C-Sec case gone wrong, which eventually gives you a location to head to.
  • Tali and the Geth / Tali’s Pilgrimage: Tali will tell you about her pilgrimage, but this assignment only pops when you clear a Geth Base on Solcrum as part of UNC: Geth Incursions. There’s a terminal you can interact with in that planet’s Geth Stronghold, and you can then gift that data to Tali aboard Normandy.
  • Wrex: Family Armor: keep talking to Wrex and talking about his past; he will ask you to retrieve his family armor, which was stolen. Alternatively, you can find the assignment goal on Tuntau in the Phoenix System of Argos Rho; finding the armor first gives you the quest, then you can turn it in by talking to Wrex. We recommend, for various reasons, that you do this quest before heading to Virmire .

mass_effect_assignments_side_quests_list.png

Citadel Assignments Part 2

These assignments will be available the next time you visit the Citadel after completing any one of the three ‘core’ story planet missions of Therum, Noveria, or Feros .

Three of the quests that unlock this point are a branch based on your pre-service history character background - each background gets one exclusive side quest. The other three are available to all.

  • Citadel: I Remember Me: only available if your Shepard has the Colonist background. You’ll automatically get a call about this quest after arriving on the Citadel and using the elevator from the docking bay.
  • Citadel: Old Friends: only available if your Shepard has the Earthborn background. Find Finch in Chora’s Den.
  • Citadel: Old, Unhappy, Far-Off Things: only available if your Shepard has the Spacer background. Talk to Zabaleta in the Wards Access corridor area.
  • Citadel: Family Matter: near the Presidium financial district and Barla Von’s office, there's two people audibly arguing. Insert yourself into their conversation.
  • Citadel: Planting a Bug: you must have completed Citadel: Reporter’s Request for Emily Wong. If you have, find Wong in the Citadel Tower to get this continuation.
  • Citadel: Snap Inspection: this will automatically occur as you step off the Normandy when it first arrives back at the Citadel.
  • Citadel: The Fourth Estate: the reporter Khalisah Al-Jilani can be found at the bottom of the elevator from the docking bay; talk to her to take on this verbally-charged assignment.

Story Planet Assignments: Feros, Noveria, & Virmire

Mass Effect’s handful of story-critical planets also have a few assignments of their own - though it’s only a few for each planet, and Therum actually has no side quests at all, being a much more straightforward affair. Here’s the quests you can expect on each planet:

Noveria Assignments:

  • Noveria: Espionage: as you explore the port in Noveria, you’ll be approached by an Asari named Mallene Calis, giving you this side quest. If you agree to help her, the quest continues. If you refuse, it is marked as completed.
  • Noveria: Smuggling: there’s a Hanar Merchant named Opold on Noveria, in the port area. Chat to it and it’ll ask for your help smuggling an item.

Feros Assignments:

  • Feros: Data Recovery: when you’re in the Mako heading from Zhu’s Hope to the ExoGeni facility, you can stop and head into ruins - speak to the scientists hiding within.
  • Feros: Geth in the Tunnels: after speaking to Fai Dan as part of the main story and then dealing with some Geth, speak to him again. You can also get the quest by heading into the tunnels and blowing up the transmitter.
  • Feros: Power Cells: once you’ve met Fai Dan in Zhu’s Hope, talk to May O’Connell, who hangs out near the area entrance.
  • Feros: Varren Meat: once you’ve free reign to look around Zhu’s Hope, talk to Davin Reynolds.
  • Feros: Water Restoration: find and talk to Macha Doyle inside the Zhu’s Hope colony.

Virmire Assignments:

  • Virmire: Assisting Kirrahe's Team & Virmire: Wrex and the Genophage : both unmissable quests that will pop part-way into the Virmire mission - with the Wrex mission only happening if you recruited him. We’ve got a full guide to the choices on Virmire that helps explain the decisions you’re making here.

Citadel Assignments Part 3

While you can go back and forth to the Citadel as much as you like, these assignments will be made available when the story takes you back to the Citadel and for a brief period you can’t leave there.

  • Citadel: Our Own Worst Enemy: once Captain Anderson asks you to meet him in Flux but before you do go to join him, talk to Charles Saracino, who is leading a group of protestors.
  • Citadel: Negotiator's Request: once Captain Anderson asks you to meet him in Flux, you’ll be able to talk to Mr. Keeler near the entrance to Flux to get this assignment.

DLC Assignments: Bring Down the Sky & Pinnacle Station

The DLC for Mass Effect adds two new locations with associated story missions - Asteroid X57 and Pinnacle Station. Note that Pinnacle Station is only available in the original releases of the game, not the Legendary Edition remaster . Bring Down The Sky is available in both.

Bring Down the Sky / Asteroid X57 Assignments:

  • X57: Bring Down the Sky: simply land on the asteroid; this is the main story mission.
  • X57: Avoid the Blasting Caps: will be introduced to you over comms when you turn off the first fusion torch.
  • X57: Missing Engineers: either find one of the engineers out on the Asteroid or speak to Simon Atwell later in the main quest.

Pinnacle Station Assignments:

  • Pinnacle Station: Combat Missions: visit Pinnacle Station. Talk to Admiral Ahern, then Ochren.
  • Pinnacle Station: Convoy: clear Admiral Ahren’s special scenario to get this quest.
  • Pinnacle Station: Vidinos: beat the high score of a challenge to start this quest.

Galactic Collectible Assignments

Each of these five assignments relate to various resources that can be found on the uncharted worlds you can land the Mako on through the galaxy as presented in Mass Effect. Each of these quests automatically begins the first time that you pick up one of these resources on any uncharted world.

Keep in mind that in most of these cases, there are more of these resources to be found than required to finish each quest. Aside from some cash and XP, there is no bonus to finding ‘extra’ resources.

  • UNC: Prothean Data Discs
  • UNC: Turian Insignias
  • UNC: Valuable Minerals
  • UNC: Locate Signs of Battle
  • UNC: Asari Writings

mass_effect_unc_side_quests_assignments.png

These assignments make up the bulk of the side quests in the game - relatively random encounters you can have out in space while exploring the galaxy.

Most of these quests can be acquired in multiple ways - either through stumbling on the quest location while exploring a planet, through hacking computers and terminals, through overheard news reports and banter, or even through distress signals. Many of these quests have multiple names depending on how you first acquire them - so we bundle each quest together with its multiple monikers below.

  • UNC: Asari Diplomacy / Mercenaries: after completing one story planet, talk to Nassana Dantius in the lounge area of the Citadel’s Presidium embassies area. Alternatively, the quest automatically begins if you assault a merc base on Sharjila in the Macedon system.
  • UNC: Colony of the Dead / Investigate Samples: hack a terminal in the ExoGeni building on Feros - or go to Chasca in the Matano system and enter one of the planet’s research stations.
  • UNC: Dead Scientists / Doctor at Risk: find a clue on a terminal on Noveria, or get it automatically when you first enter the Newton system.
  • UNC: Derelict Freighter: any time after finishing the story mission on Feros, find this ship drifting in the Caspian System of the Maroon Sea Cluster, hidden in an asteroid belt.
  • UNC: Distress Call / Unusual Readings: hack the computer in Udina’s office on the Citadel, or go to Metgos in the Argos Rho cluster’s Hydra system.
  • UNC: Espionage Probe / Investigate Shipments: simply take the Normandy to the Voyager Cluster’s Amazon system.
  • UNC: ExoGeni Facility / Investigate Facility: obtain the quest by unearthing a transmission while on Feros, or get the assignment by landing on Nodacrux in the Maroon Sea cluster.
  • UNC: Geth Incursions / Geth Activities: acquired by hacking a Geth terminal on Feros or terminal on Virmire, but it’s more easily obtained by visiting the Armstrong Nebula, where it’ll be given to you on arrival.
  • UNC: Hostage: you’ll get a message from Admiral Hackett the first time you enter the Farinata System of the Hades Gamma cluster.
  • UNC: Hostile Takeover / A Person of Interest: either talk to Helena Blake in the Citadel Presidium Financial District after becoming a Spectre, or decrypt a terminal in C-Sec Academy.
  • UNC: Major Kyle / Strange Transmission: unlocked by hacking various terminals on Feros, the Citadel, or Noveria. Alternatively, navigate to the Century system of the Hawking Eta cluster to get it automatically.
  • UNC: Missing Marines / UNC: Cerberus / UNC: Hades' Dogs: after becoming a Spectre, speak to Admiral Kahoku in the Citadel Tower to get the Missing Marines assignment. Alternatively, take Normandy to Edolus in the Artemis Tau cluster to get the assignment that way. Once Missing Marines is completed, UNC: Cerberus triggers when you next use the galaxy map, and that quest leads directly to UNC: Hades’ Dogs.
  • UNC: Listening Post Alpha / UNC: Listening Post Theta / UNC: Depot Sigma-23: after completing Noveria, go to the Styx Theta cluster. Enter the Erebus system to pick up a distress signal.
  • UNC: Lost Freighter: locate the missing ship in the Gemini Sigma cluster’s Ming System.
  • UNC: Lost Module: simply enter the Hercules system in the Attican Beta cluster to be given the assignment.
  • UNC: Missing Survey Team: commonly overheard in Citadel elevators. Alternatively, just go to the planet Trebin in the Hades Gamma cluster’s Antaeus system.
  • UNC: Privateers / Missing Person: talk to Garoth on the Citadel Tower after becoming a Spectre. Alternatively, find and scan the MSV Majesty in the  Horse Head Nebula. It’s near the planet Xawin.
  • UNC: Rogue VI: once you reach a certain level, Admiral Hackett will call you to give you this assignment the next time you travel to a new system. This assignment is how you unlock Shepard’s specialization class .

Finally, there are two assignments that are exclusive to different moralities. They only trigger if you've amassed a certain amount of Paragon or Renegade points, and are themed around what each morality axis is good at:

  • UNC: Besieged Base:  Admiral Hackett will contact you when you use the Galaxy Map once you qualify, which will require at least 80% of Paragon points.
  • UNC: The Negotiation:  Admiral Hackett will contact you when you use the Galaxy Map once you qualify, which will require at least 80% Renegade points.

Persona 5 Royal: Justine And Caroline's Special Outings Guide

Persona 5 Royal introduces the opportunity to give the Velvet Room warden twins Justine and Caroline a tour around Tokyo for skill card rewards.

Quick Links

What are justine and caroline's special outings, every special outings request.

Longtime Persona fans will remember the special dates you could take Elizabeth on in Persona 3 to teach her about the human world, during which she would get some… interesting ideas about humans before giving you a reward.

RELATED: Persona 5 Royal: Strength Confidant Fusion Guide

Atlus has cleverly brought this back for Persona 5 Royal , as now you can take the adorable, lovable, kind of scary Velvet Room warden twins on special outings to various parts of Tokyo. Fans of Justine and Caroline will enjoy some of Persona 5 Royal's funniest (and often thought-provoking) scenes. Even if you're tepid on the twins as characters, the rewards for participation are considerable.

Updated on February 10, 2023 by Quinton O'Connor: We've added a link to our Strength Confidant guide and included a section on where you'll find the P5R twins for all your outing needs.

On the night of June 6, you’ll get a call from Justine and Caroline demanding your presence , which begins this mini questline where you babysit them in exchange for skill cards.

It’s completely optional and has no bearing on the progression of their actual confidant rank, but the cards you'll earn as a reward are pretty sweet— so be sure to give them a tour whenever you get the chance. All you have to do is talk to Justine outside the Velvet Room door on nights when they're available.

You must have unlocked the locations in question in order to chaperone the twins to their spot requests. Also, unless otherwise stated, all outings are only available until December 19 .

We've gone ahead and constructed this chart for quick and concise information on each of the 13 special outings, so be sure to bookmark this page if you're playing through Persona 5 Royal right now and want to make the most of Joker's awkward friendship with Justine and Caroline.

Our chart lists each special outing in chronological order. As is the case with confidant hangout sessions, you cannot complete this quest out of order. Make sure you've unlocked each location ahead of time to save yourself a headache!

Where To Find The Twins

Before we go, we want to make sure you know where to look for the wardens. Persona 5 Royal's twins hangout spots mostly echo the original. Caroline and Justine's doorways can be found in multiple sections of Tokyo. The Velvet Room's iconic blue portal is visible in the following spots:

For further information on the Strength Confidant beyond our above coverage on Caroline and Justine outings, including information on the unlockable 'special treatment' abilities such as Group Guillotine , be sure to consult our full-fledged Persona 5 Royal Strength Confidant guide.

Division 2 Classified Assignments: Where to find the backpack trophies and audio logs

The Division 2 Classified Assignments have a backpack trophy each and some collectibles to find, and we've got the locations

on assignment locations

Division 2 Classified Assignments are new missions added to the game in the most recent patch, the same one that introduced the Division 2 raid . Classified Assignments are optional missions in The Division 2 , and they're much shorter than normal missions - which aren't particularly long to begin with. Along the way, each one of the Division 2 Classified Assignments has four audio logs to find, along with a backpack trophy. Right now, there's only two Division 2 Classified Assignments in the game, and we've got the locations for all of the Division 2 Classified Assignment backpack trophies and audio logs.

Division 2 Classified Assignments: National Bond Armory backpack trophy and audio logs

The first Classified Assignment will have you slaying True Sons in the National Bond Armory, and we've got all of the collectible locations for you here:

  • Backpack Trophy (Hotdog)

Division 2 Classified Assignments - Hotdog Backpack Trophy

For the Hotdog backpack trophy, you need to clear the first room of enemies then go through the very first airlock. In front of you will be a yellow power box on the wall - shoot it to unlock a door in the first big room. Go back and up the stairs to the back right corner of the room, where you'll find the Hotdog backpack trophy inside a small crate.

  • Collectible #1

Division 2 Classified Assignments

Right underneath the room with the backpack trophy is the first audio log, on the shelf at the back.

  • Collectible #2

Division 2 Classified Assignments

Go back through the airlock and open the optional door before you go down the stairs to find the next audio log.

  • Collectible #3

Division 2 Classified Assignments

Enter the vault area and you'll be given the objective to destroy four caches. After you clear the enemies, follow the room around to the right and shoot the huge lock off the door to enter another room with a corpse and an audio log.

  • Collectible #4

Division 2 Classified Assignments

In the final combat room, after you kill Sergeant Bourne, head to the back left corner and shoot the yellow power box on the wall to open the double doors. Inside the office is some more loot and the final audio log.

Division 2 Classified Assignments: Nelson Theatre backpack trophy and audio logs

The second and only other Division 2 Classified Assignment is in the Nelson Theatre, between the Demolition Site control point and the Theater settlement. Here's where you can find all of the collectibles:

  • Backpack Trophy (Donut)

Division 2 Classified Assignments - Donut Backpack Trophy

After you clear the first combat room, on the left hand side is a room guarded by a rolling metal shutter. There's a keypad next to it but you can't interact with it until you turn on the two generators. Follow the yellow cables to find the first generator upstairs, and the second generator at the end of the next corridor. Turn them both on and head back to the room to get the donut backpack trophy in a small crate.

Division 2 Classified Assignments

The first audio log is also in this room, found on the shelf right behind the backpack trophy.

Division 2 Classified Assignments

Go back down the corridor toward the second generator and on your right will be a blocked elevator. Force the doors open to find a corpse, loot, and the second audio log inside.

Division 2 Classified Assignments

Clear the theatre of enemies then push into the underground. In the long corridor there's a locked door on your right. Shoot the lock off and you'll find another audio log inside.

Division 2 Classified Assignments

For the final audio log, fight through behind the stage in the theatre until you have the objective to search for the cell key. Go right behind the stage and on the right-hand side, if you look up, you'll see a rope that you can shoot attached to a catwalk. Climb up it and you'll find the final audio log on a corpse on the catwalk.

Keep your eyes peeled on this guide as we'll update it with any more Division 2 Classified Assignments later down the line!

About Skill Levels

The corresponding skill level will help you determine whether or not you are qualified for the job. For example:

  • A "3" in the "Skill Level" column indicates authorized positions for "3" skill-level trainees. This is usually a brand-new graduate from an Air Force technical school, usually in the rank of Amn (E-1) through A1C (E-3).
  • A "5" in the "Skill Level" column indicates authorized positions for "5-Skill Level" trained technicians. These are individuals who have passed their On-the-Job training requirements and been advanced from the 3-Skill Level to the 5-Skill Level. Usually in the ranks of A1C (E-3) through Sra (E-4).
  • A "7" in the "Skill Level" column indicates authorized positions for the "7-Skill Level" (Supervisor). These are usually personnel in the ranks of SSgt (E-5), TSgt (E-6), and MSgt (E-7).
  • A "9" in the "Skill Level" column indicates authorized positions for senior enlisted managers, usually SMSgt's (E-8) or CMSgt's (E-9).

Specific information about particular Air Force Bases can be found in our subject area for Bases & Units .

Configuring Locations for Automatic Location Assignment

Locations are used as a record of the physical offices or buildings in your organization, such as corporate offices, warehouses, or retail premises. When you enable automatic location assignment (ALA), you use locations to represent the fulfillment locations in your business. Changing the following attributes of a location can affect how automatic location assignment works:

Location type – Describes the kind of location. Location types can be Store, Warehouse, or blank. Later, you can choose a location type as an attribute of an automatic location assignment rule.

Automatic location assignment options – In the Automatic Location Assignment subtab, you can allow or disallow automatic location assignment. If you allow fulfillment from a location, you can include or exclude specific regions. Automatic location assignment is disallowed by default, meaning NetSuite does not take the location into account when assigning locations automatically to sales order lines. Additionally, the location does not appear in any regions you create.

Buffer stock – To prevent a shortage of stock at a retail location, you can set the minimum quantity of inventory that must always be available at the location. The automatic location assignment engine will not assign a location to a sales order line if doing so causes the inventory to drop below the buffer stock. You might want to specify buffer stock to reserve inventory at a store location for walk-in customers.

Supply Allocation does not consider buffer stock when allocating and setting expected item ship dates. Supply allocation allows you to allocate incoming supply, without considering buffer stock.

For example, in a kitchenware store, there are currently 12 units available of a stoneware dish. The buffer stock quantity for the store is set to 10. If you create a sales order for five dishes, automatic location assignment will disregard the location because assigning the sales order line to the store would cause inventory of the dish to go below the buffer stock.

The buffer stock quantity applies to all inventory items at the location regardless of the type, class, or category of item. For example, in a store that sells kitchenware, the same buffer stock quantity would apply to a silver fork, a stoneware dish, and a gas-fired stove.

If the Store Pickup feature is enabled, the same buffer stock level on the location record also applies to store pickup orders. If the line item quantity in the sales order causes the inventory of the item at the location to drop below the buffer stock, you cannot select the location for store pickup. See Store Pickup for more information.

Geolocation method – In the Automatic Location Assignment subtab, you can choose how NetSuite calculates the geographic position of the location. By default, automatic location assignment uses the postal code entered in the address fields to calculate the geographical position of the location. However, you can also enter the precise latitude and longitude coordinates of the location and set the geolocation method to use those coordinates instead.

For general information about working with the location record, see Locations Overview .

Shipping Regions

When you enable automatic location assignment in a location record, you can limit the regions to which goods can be shipped from the location. There are two methods you can use to restrict shipments to regions:

Allow shipments worldwide but exclude some regions

Allow shipments to specific regions by explicitly including and excluding regions

An excluded region can be a subset of another larger region. For example, if you want to allow shipments to all states in the United States except Hawaii, you might create a region at the country level for the United States of America (USA) and another region for the state of Hawaii; you can then add USA to the list of included regions and add Hawaii to the list of excluded regions.

Geolocation Method

The geolocation method used by automatic location assignment determines how NetSuite calculates the geographical position of a location. NetSuite uses the postal code specified in the location address fields by default. Because the geographical area covered by a postal code is usually irregular in shape, NetSuite uses the centroid (or geometrical center) of the postal code area.

Countries with a higher density of postal codes generally provide a higher degree of precision.

You can also enter the latitude and longitude coordinates of a location on the location record and then set the geolocation method to use those coordinates. You might do this if you do not have a postal code for the location, or you want to use the precise geographic coordinates of the location. NetSuite accepts latitude and longitude coordinates in decimal form only. For example, to represent a latitude that is 37º 32’ 12.5” north of the equator, enter the decimal coordinates “37.536798”. Include at least four decimal places to achieve a precise location.

Shipping Capacity

When the Fulfillment Request feature is enabled, you can enter the shipping capacity for locations in your company. Automatic location assignment takes the shipping capacity into account when assigning locations. If the shipping capacity at a location is reached, ALA does not assign sales order lines to the location. Two measures of shipping capacity are available:

Daily shipping capacity – Daily shipping capacity refers to the maximum number of shipping sales orders that can be assigned to a location by automatic location assignment in one day (from 00:00 to 23:59). NetSuite measures the current number of shipping sales orders by counting the number of fulfillment requests created for the location.

The daily shipping capacity for a retail store in San Diego is set to 15. On Monday, by 11 a.m., 10 fulfillment requests have been created for the store – the store can still receive additional fulfillment requests. At 2 p.m., 15 fulfillment requests have been created for the store. Because the daily shipping capacity has been reached, automatic location assignment will no longer assign the location to sales order lines during the day.

Total shipping capacity – The total shipping capacity represents the maximum number of orders allowed to accumulate in the work queue at the location. NetSuite measures the shipping capacity by counting the number of open fulfillment requests for the location. Leave the total shipping capacity blank to indicate the location has unrestricted capacity. When the total shipping capacity at a location is reached, NetSuite stops assigning fulfillment requests until at least one of the fulfillment requests is fulfilled.

If you plan to use fulfillment workload distribution as a strategy in a location assignment rule, NetSuite measures the current available work capacity of each location and assigns the location with the highest capacity.

It is useful to enter shipping capacity when using retail locations in a ship from store fulfillment workflow. For more information about fulfillment requests, see Fulfillment Requests .

To create a location for automatic location assignment:

Go to Setup > Company > Classifications > Locations .

Enter a name to identify the location.

Select the type of location: blank, Store, or Warehouse.

The location type for new records is set to blank by default. In automatic location assignment rules, you can select a blank location type as one of the rule attributes. See Automatic Location Assignment Rules .

Ensure the Make Inventory Available box is checked.

In the Address subtab, click Edit next to the address box and enter the full address details of the location, including the location’s postal code.

If you plan to create location assignment rules that use the closest location strategy, it is important to indicate the correct country and postal code in the address details of the location. When a rule uses the closest location strategy, NetSuite can only assign a location automatically if it has a postal code or you enter the precise latitude and longitude coordinates manually. The shipping address must also have a valid postal code.

Click Save to save the record and then click Edit to continue creating the location.

Click the Automatic Location Assignment subtab to enter automatic location assignment settings.

Choose how you want to define the geographic coordinates of the location:

To use coordinates based on the location’s postal code, select Derive From Postal Code as the geolocation method. The default setting for all locations is Derive From Postal Code.

Make sure the postal code is specified in the address details of the location. If there is no postal code, NetSuite cannot assign the location automatically to a sales order line.

To use the exact geographic coordinates of the location:

In the Latitude/longitude Coordinates fields, enter the latitude and longitude of the location in decimal format (for example, “37.536798”). The decimal symbol is dependent on the number format of your user preferences – see Number Formats for more information.

In the Automatic Location Assignment subtab, select Use Lat/Long Coordinates as the geolocation method.

In the Automatic Location Assignment field, choose to allow or disallow location assignment:

Disallow – Indicates that NetSuite does not take this location into account when assigning locations automatically.

Allow Worldwide – Indicates that this location can ship to any address worldwide.

Allow Worldwide Except Excluded Regions – NetSuite takes this location into account for all shipping addresses except addresses that are located in the excluded regions. You must specify at least one excluded region.

Allow Specified Regions Only – You must specify the regions to which shipments are allowed and the regions to which shipments are prohibited. You must specify at least one included region, and optionally, one or more excluded regions.

If you allow automatic location assignment based on regions, make sure you specify the relevant regions in the Included Regions and Excluded Regions tables.

In the Buffer Stock field, enter the buffer stock level for all items at the location.

If you use the Fulfillment Request feature and you plan to use fulfillment workload distribution as a fulfillment strategy, define order capacity for the location:

In the Total Shipping Capacity field, enter the maximum number of shipping orders that can be allocated to the location regardless of when the orders are allocated. The total shipping capacity is typically higher than the daily shipping capacity and allows orders to accumulate at the location up to the specified number.

For more information about fulfillment requests, see Fulfillment Requests . For more information about fulfillment workload distribution, see Choosing a Fulfillment Strategy .

The shipping capacity fields are only available when the Fulfillment Request feature is enabled.

Click Save .

Preparing Existing Locations for Automatic Location Assignment

Location records in NetSuite are used for various purposes, including the automatic assignment of fulfillment locations in a sales order. If you already use locations in NetSuite, you might need to complete the following tasks to ensure the locations are assigned as expected by automatic location assignment:

Create a saved search for all locations with an empty postal code and those for which automatic location assignment is allowed. See Saved Searches for more information about saved searches.

Based on the results of the saved search, either update the postal code in the locations or specify the latitude and longitude manually.

Allow automatic location assignment for the locations.
