IPPS-A Assignment Eligibility Flags Question
I’ve looked through AR 614-200 and I wasn’t able to find numeric restriction codes, only alphabetical ones.
Anyway, in IPSS-A on my Soldier Talent Profile, under Assignment Eligibility (AEA) Flags it states “Identified for Potential Cross Leveling, Cadre, or Unit Move: Code 6”
Is anyone familiar with what “code 6” means?
Thanks in advance!

Adjusting the assignment start date instead of using the in-transit grid will cause the absence request to be out of sync with the assignment, and makes the in-transit grid unusable.

That or you're no longer on hold because you were officially accepted. In any case, you're cleared to be placed on assignment now. 3.
Any assignments after Go-Live have limited ability to be updated and are accessed via manage assignments. It is extremely important that new assignments are correct. Assignments after Go-Live, specifically adjusting dates, involve not just the Soldier you are attempting to update, but the dates associated with other Soldiers that held the position.

A few things - it's pretty tough to lose an absence request in IPPS-A. Soldiers can see their requests and know when they are signed. Once you take leave - it's automatically processed - no one has to take it to finance to get processed. And it automatically updates your duty status for the days you are on leave.

When they turned IPPS-A on December 20th, it generated a bunch of orders based on people's current assignments and their end dates. Definitely rely on paper RFO/orders cut.
