Aguinaldo St., Iligan City 9200 Subject: APPLICATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II Dear Sir, Greetings of peace! I am writing to you to express my desire of applying for the Administrative Assistant II position in your esteemed division of DepEd–Iligan City. If I were to be chosen for the position, my goal is to be able to work competitively and become one of your assets and to be very productive from the very first day of the job. I am skilled at office software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I can use friendly communication to interact with a wide range of people, frequently exchanging information about office operations. I can be a multitasker to manage a filing system, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordinate the flow of paperwork around the office. I also have good writing skills in English. I can manage my own time and my superior’s time as well. I can operate and maintain well office tools and equipments such as printers, scanners and photocopiers, including their software updates. I can manage all clerical personnel and handles requests from other staff members, such as time-off requests. I can solve problems relating conflicts among office personnel and works . I can use planning skills to create administrative and office procedures, such as establishing a procedure for employees.
