जलवायु की परिभाषा के अनुसार, सदियों से दर्ज किए गए मौसम के पैटर्न में दीर्घकालिक आवधिक परिवर्तन को जलवायु कहा जाता है। इसके निर्माण के बाद से पृथ्वी पर विभिन्न परिवर्तनों की एक साथ घटना के परिणामस्वरूप जलवायु परिवर्तन होता है। चक्रों में जलवायु परिवर्तन होता है; यह एक ठंडे हिमयुग के दौरान शुरू हुआ और अब दो मिलियन वर्ष पहले की तुलना में बहुत गर्म है। सूर्य, जो ऊर्जा का अंतिम स्रोत है और लगातार मौसम प्रणाली को शक्ति देता है, आज हम पृथ्वी पर देखे जाने वाले लाखों जीवित चीजों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।

कुछ बड़े बदलावों का नाम लेने के लिए, दुनिया वर्तमान में अनुचित सूखे, अप्रत्याशित मौसम के पैटर्न, अचानक बारिश और बर्फबारी का सामना कर रही है, तापमान में लगातार उतार-चढ़ाव हो रहा है जिससे जंगल की आग जैसी त्रासदियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, और मौसम अब पर्याप्त अनुमानित नहीं है। परिवर्तन अप्रत्याशित हैं, और उन पर नज़र रखना अधिक कठिन होता जा रहा है। इन परिवर्तनों के सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक दोनों प्रभाव मानव जीवन पर महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

विकास की शुरुआत के बाद से, मानव जाति ने प्रकृति से लगातार लाभ उठाया है। इसने उत्पादन किया है इनमें से कुछ में पर्यावरण में कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड का उच्च स्तर, हवा और पानी में अन्य खतरनाक पदार्थ और बार-बार उपयोग के परिणामस्वरूप जीवाश्म ईंधन की पूर्ण कमी शामिल है। प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के निरंतर दोहन और स्थिति में सुधार के लिए प्रमुख कार्रवाई की कमी के कारण अंततः वातावरण में खतरनाक गैसों का निर्माण हुआ। जलवायु परिवर्तन भी ग्रीनहाउस गैसों से ओजोन परत के विनाश में योगदान देता है।

मानव द्वारा लाए गए जीवमंडल में ये परिवर्तन अपरिवर्तनीय हैं। हम बस इतना कर सकते हैं कि जीवमंडल को रहने की जगह के रूप में बेहतर बनाने के लिए काम करें। क्योंकि यह उम्मीद की जाती है कि, वातावरण में ग्रीनहाउस गैसों के उत्सर्जन में वृद्धि के कारण, अगले दिनों में पृथ्वी का तापमान लगातार बढ़ेगा, जिससे जीवन विलुप्त हो जाएगा जैसा कि हम जानते हैं। उत्सर्जित होने वाली गर्मी ग्रीनहाउस गैसों द्वारा फंस जाती है।

जब धरती के वातावरण में मीथेन, कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड और क्लोरो-फ्लोरो-कार्बन आदि ग्रीन हाउस गैसों का प्रक्रोप अधिक होने लगे और जिसकी वजह से तापमान में वृद्धि हो तो इस समस्या को ग्लोबल वार्मिंग कहा जाता है। आज के समय में इंसान कई नई तकनीकों का इस्तेमाल देश के विकास के लिए कर रहा है। लेकिन इन विकसित कार्यों की वजह से मनुष्य हमारे पर्यावरण को लगातार हानि पहुंचा रहा है। इन समस्याओं की वजह से हमारी प्रकृति का संतुलन बिगड़ रहा है और कई बुरे प्रभाव देखने को मिल रहे हैं। जैसे अधिक तापमान बढ़ना, मौसम में बदलाव आना, ग्लेशियर पिघलना आदि। इनकी वजह से आने वाले समय में लोगों को पानी की किल्लत अधिक हो सकती है। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या सिर्फ एक देश की नहीं बल्कि पूरी दुनिया का प्रमुख समस्या बनी हुई है और इसको बढ़ाने के पीछे मनुष्य का हाथ है। अगर समय रहते इस समस्या को नियंत्रित नहीं किया गया तो इंसानों के साथ-साथ पृथ्वी पर रहने वाली सभी जीवों को जान का खतरा हो सकता है।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण (Reason of Global Warming)

हमारा वातावरण में कई कारणों की वजह से प्रदूषित हो रहा है लेकिन ग्लोबल वार्मिंग एक अहम समस्या बन गई है और इसके पीछे कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कारण मौजूद हैं –

प्रदूषण – धरती पर प्रदूषण दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ता जा रहा और जिसकी वजह से तापमान में वृद्धि हो रही है। तापमान में वृद्धि होना ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या का प्रभाव अधिक बढ़ाता है। वायु प्रदूषण, ध्वनि प्रदूषण, जल प्रदूषण तथा भूमि प्रदूषण ये सभी कहीं न कहीं हमारी पृथ्वी को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं। लेकिन इनसे निकलने वाली खतरनाक गैसें धरती के ऊपरी स्तर या वायुमंडल को प्रभावित कर रही हैं, जिनकी वजह से तापमान में उतार-चढ़ाव देखने को मिल रहा है ।

ग्रीन हॉउस गैस – यह साफ है कि ग्रीन हॉउस गैसों के कारण ही ग्लोबल वार्मिंग जैसी खतरनाक समस्या बढ़ रही है। ये गैसें सूर्य से आने वाली गर्मी को अपने अंदर समा लेती हैं। इन सभी गैसों में सबसे खतरनाक सीओ2 गैस है और यदि यह गैस बाकी अन्य जैसे क्लोरीन, नाइट्रोजन ऑक्साइड, मीथेन गैसों से मिलती हैं तो यह हमारी धरती की ऊपरी सतह के रेडियोएक्टिव संतुलन को बिगाड़ते हैं क्योंकि इनमें गर्मी को सोखने की क्षमता अधिक होती है जिसकी वजह से धरती का तापमान बढ़ जाता है।

बढ़ती आबादी – विश्व में बढ़ने वाली आबादी भी इसका अहम कारण है। क्योंकि सीओ2 जैसी गैस मनुष्य ऑक्सीजन लेते वक्त बाहर छोड़ता है, जिसकी वजह से वातावरण में इसकी मात्रा अधिक हो जाती है। इसी कारण ग्लोबल वार्मिंग समस्या बढ़ने लगती है।

जंगलों की कटाई – यह ज्सबको पता है कि इंसान विकास के नाम पर जंगलों की कटाई कर रहा है और प्रकृति को हानि पहुंचा रहा है। हमारे वातावरण का संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए पेड़ अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं लेकिन इनके कटने से धरती पर गर्मी बढ़ती जा रही है और ग्लेशियर पिघलकर का समुद्र स्तर बढ़ा रहे हैं। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप कई देश पानी में डूब सकते हैं या फिर इससे काफी तबाही मच सकती है।

औद्योगिक विकास – शहरों के विकास के लिए मानव कई इंडस्ट्रीज और कारखानों का उपयोग कर रहा है। इन्हीं कारखानों से निकलने वाले हानिकारक रसायन, जहरीले पदार्थ, गंदा धुआं और प्लास्टिक आदि पृथ्वी को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं।

ओजोन लेयर का घटना – अंटाकर्टिका में ओजोन की परत घटती जा रही है जो कि ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का अहम संकेत माना गया है और यह क्लोरो फ्लोरो कार्बन गैस के बढ़ जाने की वजह से हो रहा है। यह समस्या भी इंसानों की देन है क्योंकि इंडस्ट्रीज से लेकर घर तक क्लोरो फ्लोरो कार्बन का नियमित उपयोग किया जा रहा है, जिससे की ओजोन को बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के परिणाम (Consequences Of Global Warming)

पूरे विश्व में ग्लोबल वार्मिंग एक गंभीर समस्या बन गयी है जिसकी वजह से हमारी प्रकृति को कई तरह से अनचाहे बदलावों से गुजरना पड़ रहा है। कई ऐसी प्राकृतिक घटनाएं है, जैसे बाढ़, सूखा, तूफान आदि जो पृथ्वी का भयंकर नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं। सिर्फ इतना ही नहीं ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की वजह धरती के लिए सबसे जरूरी ओजोन की परत भी घटती जा रही है। ओजोन लेयर सूरज से आने वाली हानिकारक अल्ट्रावायलेट किरणों से धरती को बचाता है। लेकिन अब इसमें छेद होने लगे हैं और यदि यह समस्या ऐसे ही बढ़ती गई तो धरती में मनुष्य के साथ किसी भी अन्य जीवों का गुजारा नामुमकिन है। सूरज से आने वाली ये किरणें बेहद हानिकारक होती हैं। सिर्फ इतना ही नहीं इन दिनों ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण मौसम में भी कई तरह के बदलाव देखने को मिल रहे हैं। धरती पर गर्मी बढ़ती जा रही है और सर्दी का समय कम होता जा रहा है। बढ़ती गर्मी की वजह से ग्लेशियर पिघल रहे हैं और उसका पानी समुद्र में जा रहा है जिसकी वजह से समुद्र का स्तर बढ़ रहा है जो कि खतरनाक स्थिति पैदा कर सकता है।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग रोकने के उपाय (Ways To Prevent Global Warming)

इस समस्या को रोकने के कई उपाय दिए गए हैं जिनका पालन करने से इसमें कमी आ सकती है –

• हमें लोगों को इस समस्या के लिए जागरूक करना होगा ताकि वह इसकी गंभीरता को समझ सकें।
• सरकार को ग्लोबल वार्मिंग जैसी समस्या के लिए कई योजनाएं बनानी चाहिए जिससे लोगों को इसके दुष्परिणामों की जानकारी हो।
• जो वस्तु ग्रीन हाउस गैसें का उत्पादन अधिक करती हैं, उनका उपयोग कम करना चाहिए।
• खुद के निजी वाहन का उपयोग कम कर के सार्वजनिक वाहनों का उपयोग बढ़ा दें।
• जंगलों को नहीं काटना चाहिए बल्कि जितना हो सके अधिक पेड़-पौधे लगाएं।
• एयर कंडीशनर का उपयोग जरूरत भर के लिए ही करें।
• देश की आबादी को नियंत्रित करना जरूरी है।
• प्लास्टिक की थैलियों की वजह कपड़े के थैले इस्तेमाल करें।
• गैसोलीन का इस्तेमाल कम से कम करें।

• आईपीसीसी 2007 की एक रिपोर्ट के हिसाब से ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण इस सदी के आखिर तक समुद्र का स्तर 7-23 इंच बढ़ जाएगा।
• एक स्टडी के अनुसार, 20वीं सदी के आखिर के दो दशक पिछले 400 सालों में सबसे गर्म रहे हैं।
• ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण आर्कटिक की बर्फ तेजी से पिघल रही है और ऐसा अनुमान है कि 2040 तक यहाँ पूरी बर्फ पिघल जाएगी।
• ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण के कारण विश्व भर में जंगल की आग, लू और भयंकर तूफानों के प्रभाव बढ़ गए हैं।
• मनुष्य अपनी रोज की गतिविधियों के कारण साल में लगभग 37 बिलियन मीट्रिक टन कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड निकाल रहा है।
• इसके कारण दुनिया की ठंडी जगहें गर्म हो रही हैं, जिससे बीमारियों का खतरा बढ़ रहा है।

Global Warming

‘ग्लोबल वार्मिंग’ का अर्थ है पृथ्वी के औसत तापमान में बढ़ोत्तरी  वायुमंडल में कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड की मात्रा बढ़ने से ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का खतरा बढ़ने लगा है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप ओजोन परत में छेद होने के कारण  तापमान में वृधि हुई है। ओजोन परत कछुए के कवच की भाँति पृथ्वी के लिए एक कवच का कार्य करती है जो सूर्य। की पराबैंगनी किरणों को धरती पर आने से रोकती है। परंतु ओजोन परत में छेद होने के कारण धरती का तापमान बढ़ने लगा जिससे अनेक रोगों का खतरा बढ़ने लगा है और कई प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ भी मुँहबाए खड़ी हैं, जैसे- बाढ़, सूखा, हिमक्षरण आदि। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से न केवल मनुष्य बल्कि जीव-जंतु भी प्रभावित हो रहे है। बढ़ते तापमान के कारण ग्लेशियर पिघलने लगे हैं जिससे धरती का जल स्तर बढ़ने लगा है। इसी के परिणामस्वरूप एक समय में समुद्र के किनारे बसने वाले नगर जलमग्न हो जाएँगे । इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए जीवाश्म ईधनों का प्रयोग कम करना होगा। वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा के स्रोत तलाशने होंगे। क्लोरो-फ्लोरो कार्बन्स की मात्रा पर रोक लगानी होगी। वृक्षारोपण को बढ़ावा  देना होगा, वन-संरक्षण के लिए सभी देशों को मिल-जुल कर कार्य करना होगा।

प्रकृति ने संपूर्ण जीवनमंडल के लिए स्थलजल और वायु के रूप में एक विस्तृत आवरण निर्मित किया है, जिसे हम पर्यावरण की संज्ञा देते हैं। पर्यावरण के संतुलन के लिए प्रकृति ने कुछ नियम भी निर्धारित किए हैं, कितु जब से इस पृथ्वी पर मनुष्य का अवतरण हुआ। है तब से पर्यावरण संतुलन के प्राकृतिक नियमों का खुला उल्लंघन शुरू हो गया और निरंतर प्रकृति की अनदेखी के कारण आज हमारे पर्यावरण को अनेक समस्याओं से जूझना पड़ रहा है। वायु प्रदूषण जल प्रदूषण भूमि-प्रदूषण ध्वनि-प्रदूषण आदि ने सम्मिलित रूप से संपूर्ण वातावरण को प्रदूषित कर दिया है और इसका परिणाम यह हुआ है कि प्रकृति प्रदत्त जीवनदायी वायुभूमि और जल आज जीवन घातक बन गए हैं।

पर्यावरण क्षरण एक बार फिर चर्चा में है, क्योंकि इसको लेकर एक और विश्वस्तरीय महासम्मेलन का आयोजन जापान के क्योटो शहर में किया गया।

इस सम्मेलन में जिस विषय को केंद्र बनाया गया, वह था। ‘विश्व्यापी तापमान वृद्धि’ अर्थात ग्लोबल वार्मिग’। वातावरण के ताप में वृद्धि वर्तमान विश्व के लिए सर्वाधिक चिंतनीय विषय है, क्योंकि जिस गति से इसकी वृद्धि हो रही है, वह संपूर्ण जीव-समुदाय के लिए घातक साबित हो रही है। हाल में वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा किए गए अध्ययन से ज्ञात होता है कि पृथ्वी के तापमान में तीव्रगति से वृद्धि हो रही है।

तापमान वृद्धि के कारण समुद्रों की कार्बन डाइ-ऑक्साइड ग्रहण करने की क्षमता में 50 प्रतशित तक की कमी हो सकती है। इससे ग्रीन हाऊस गैसों का और अधिक विकास होगा और तापमान में भी अधिक वृद्धि होगी। समुद्र प्रतिवर्ष वायुमंडल से लगभग दो अरब टन कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड को अपने अंदर समेट लेता है और इस प्रकार के ग्रीन हाऊस प्रभाव को कम करता है।

तापमान वृद्धि के प्रति अनदेखी तब और अधिक भयावह प्रतीत होता है, जब यह तथ्य सामने आता है कि अमेरिका तथा जापान सहित यूरोप के 4 देश (औद्योगिक दृष्टि से विकसित) संपूर्ण विश्व के 20वें भाग में फैले हैं, किंतु वे वातावरण में कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड का 80 प्रतिशत छोड़ते हैं। वायुमंडल में छोड़ी जाने वाली ग्रीन हाउस गैसों का लगभग 25 प्रतिशत तो केवल अमेरिका द्वारा छोड़ा जाता है।

पर्यावरण क्षरण को रोकने के लिए पहले तो रियो डि जेनेरो में वर्ष 1992 में फिर वर्ष 1997 में क्योटो में और वर्ष 1998 में ब्यूनस आयर्स में

महासम्मेलन का आयोजन किया जा चुका है। इन सम्मेलनों में सर्वसम्मति से कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया जा सका, क्योंकि अमेरिका और जापान सदृश देशों ने अपना कोई स्पष्ट रवैया नहीं अपनाया। अमेरिका का तो यहाँ तक कहना है कि तापमान या मौसम परिवर्तन के लिए पर्याप्त वैज्ञानिक प्रमाण नहीं है, इसलिए ग्रीन हाउस गैस के नियंत्रण के लिए कानून बनाने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। प्रमुख औद्योगिक देश ग्रीन हाउस के विस्तार पर रोक लगाने या उसमें कटौती के लिए तैयार हैं।

ग्रीन हाउस गैसों का कुल 165 प्रतिशत इन दोनों देशो द्वारा उत्सर्जित किया जाता है। किंतु यह तर्क देते समय वे यह भूल जाते हैं कि विश्व की कुल जनसंख्या का 16 प्रतिशत भारत में निवास करता है। जबकि कुल जहरीली गैसों क मात्र 3.5 प्रतिशत ही उसके द्वारा उत्सर्जित किया जाता है। क्योटो सम्मेलन में 140 देशों ने ताप वृद्धि को रोकने पर अपनी आम सहमति व्यक्त की थी।

इससे औद्योगिक देशों द्वारा उत्सर्जित प्रदूषित गैसों के विस्तार पर कुछ हद तक रोक लगने की उम्मीद है। यूरोपअमेरिका और जापान के साथ 21 बड़े औद्योगिक देशों के ग्रीन हाउरू | गैसों के विस्तार पर कुछ हद तक रोक लगने की उम्मीद है। यहाँ पर समझौते के अनुसार |

वातावरण में तापमान की वृद्धि वर्तमान विश्व के लिए सर्वाधिक चिंतनीय विषय है, क्योंकि जिस गति से इसकी

वृद्धि हो रही है, वह संपूर्ण जीवसमुदाय के लिए घातक सिद्ध हो रही है। व्यापक उत्परिवर्तनों के बावजूद लम्बी अवधि तक मनुष्य एवं पर्यावरण का संबंध लगभग सौहार्दपूर्ण रहा है और पर्यावरण लगभग अपरिवर्तित रहा। पर्यावरण का संतुलन बिगड़ना शुरू हुआ पश्चिमी देशों की औद्योगिक क्रांति के बाद से मनुष्य की आर्थिक व भौतिक समृद्धि प्राप्त करने की आकांक्षा दिन-बदिन बढ़ती गई और परिणामों को अनदेखा करते हुए वह प्रकृति तथा पर्यावरण का शोषण करने लगा।

औद्योगिक क्रांति ने वायुप्रदूषण को चिंतनीय स्थिति तक पहुंचा दिया। नवीन उद्योगों में कोयले का अंधाधुंध प्रयोग शुरू हुआ। कोयले का प्रयोग विद्युत् उत्पादन के लिए भी होने लगा। इसके परिणामस्वरूप 19वीं और 20वीं सदी के आरंभ में यूरोप एवं अमेरिका के नगरों पर काला आवरण-सा छाने लगा। सेंट पीट्सबर्ग एवं पेंसिलवेनिया सदृश औद्योगिक नगरों में तो वायु प्रदूषण की मात्रा इतनी अधिक हो जाती थी कि वाहन चालकों को दिन में भी हेडलाइट का उपयोग करना पड़ता था।

इस संदर्भ में ध्यातव्य है कि, जिस गति से औद्योगीकरण की प्रक्रिया बढ़ रही है, उससे न्यून गति नहीं है वायु प्रदूषण में वृद्धि की। मनुष्य की विलासिता की प्रवृत्ति ने अभी भी उसे प्रदूषण की गंभीरता से अवगत होने से रोके रखा है। प्रशीतन के विश्वव्यापी अनियंत्रित प्रयोग ने वातावरण में क्लोरोफ्लोरोकार्बन गैस की मात्रा बढ़ा दी है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप वायुमण्डल के ओजोनस्तर में छिद्र हो गया है।

इससे पृथ्वी के तापमान एवं मनुष्य के स्वास्थ्य को कितना नुकसान पहुंचेगा, वह अनुमान से परे है। वस्तुतः, मनुष्य प्रकृति से अपने अनुकूलन के बदले प्रकृति को अपने अनुकूल बनाने की जितनी चेष्टा करेगा, वह पर्यावरण को और फिर उसके परिणामस्वरूप चक्रीय श्रृंखला में अपनी क्षमता को ही नुकसान पहुंचाना शुरू कर देगा।

आज मनुष्य के अनियंत्रित हाथ एवरेस्ट की चोटी से लेकर समुद्री तल तक के लिए प्रदूषण का संकट पैदा करने लगे हैं। वह मात्र अपने अहं की तुष्टि एवं झूठे प्रभाव की प्रतिष्ठा के लिए आणविक विस्फोटों की अनवरत श्रृंखला चला रहा है। जिसके रेडियाधर्मी प्रभाव कई पीढ़ियों के लिए शारीरिक व मानसिक विकृति के वाहक बन सकते हैं। मनुष्य ने ऐसे ही विस्फोटों एवं अन्य औद्योगिक तथा रासायनिक कारणों से प्रकृति के गैसीय संतुलन को कुप्रभावित किया है और उससे पृथ्वी का तापमान तीव्र गति से बढ़ने लगा है, जिससे बर्फ के पिघलने एवं उससे भू-क्षेत्रों के जलमग्न हो जाने की आशंका प्रकट की जाने लगी है। पर्यावरणीय कुष्प्रभावों की वजह से ही वातावरण अब हमेशा असामान्य-सी स्थिति में नजर आता है-कभी गर्मी हद से अधिक बढ़ जाती है, तो कभी ठंड असामान्य रूप से बढ़ जाती है, वर्षा का अनियमित हो जाना भी पर्यावरणीय कुप्रभाव का ही सूचक है।

पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण में हस्तक्षेप के विनाशकारी परिणाम तापमान वृद्धि के रूप में सामने आ रहे हैं। यदि विश्व-वायुमण्डल में कार्बनडाईऑक्साइडमिथेन और कार्बनमोनोऑक्साइड आदि गैसें छोड़े जाने की वर्तमान गति बनी रही या इसमें और तीव्रता आ गयीतो 21वीं सदी के मध्य (2050) तक भूमण्डल का तापमान 35॰ बढ़ जाएगा। तापमान वृद्धि से आर्कटिक और अंटार्कटिका की बर्फ टोपियां तथा हिमनद पिघलने लगेंगेजिसके परिणाम कितने घातक होंगे, उसकी कल्पना प्रत्येक व्यक्ति कर सकता है।

एक अनुमान के अनुसार, जिस गति से तापमान में वृद्धि हो रही है, उससे समुद्र के जल स्तर में 3 फीट की वृद्धि हो सकती है।

इस संदर्भ में एक तथ्य और ध्यातव्य है कि, बहुतसे देश कह रहे हैं कि चीन और भारत तीव्र गति से अपना औद्योगिक विकास कर रहे है, इसलिए वे अपनी औद्योगिक गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकते। ग्रीन हाउस गैसों के कुल का 16.5 प्रतिशत इन दोनों देशों द्वारा उत्सर्जित किया जाता है। किंतुयह तर्क देते समय वे यह भूल जाते हैं कि विश्व की कुल जनसंख्या का 16 प्रतिशत भाग भारत में निवास करता है, जबकि कुल जहरीली गैसों का मात्र .5 प्रतिशत ही उसके द्वारा उत्सर्जित किया जाता है।

कंक्रीट का जंगल? जो पानी की बरबादी करते हैं, उनसे मैं यही पूछना चाहता हूँ कि क्या उन्होंने बिना पानी के जीने की कोई कला सीख ली है, तो हमें भी बताए, ताकि भावी पीढ़ी बिना पानी के जीना सीख सके। नहीं तो तालाब के स्थान पर मॉल बनाना क्या उचित है? आज हो यही रहा है। पानी को बरबाद करने वालों यह समझ लो कि यही पानी तुम्हें बरबाद करके रहेगा। एक बूँद पानी याने एक बूँद खून, यही समझ लो। पानी आपने बरबाद किया, खून आपके परिवार वालों का बहेगा। क्या अपनी ऑंखों का इतना सक्षम बना लोगे कि अपने ही परिवार के किस प्रिय सदस्य का खून बेकार बहता देख पाओगे? अगर नहीं, तो आज से ही नहीं, बल्कि अभी से पानी की एक-एक बूँद को सहेजना शुरू कर दो। अगर ऐसा नहीं किया, तो मारे जाओगे। वैश्विक तापमान यानी ग्लोबल वार्मिंग आज विश्व की सबसे बड़ी समस्या बन चुकी है। इससे न केवल मनुष्य, बल्कि धरती पर रहने वाला प्रत्येक प्राणी त्रस्त ( परेशान, इन प्राब्लम) है। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से निपटने के लिए दुनियाभर में प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं, लेकिन समस्या कम होने के बजाय साल-दर-साल बढ़ती ही जा रही है। चूंकि यह एक शुरुआत भर है, इसलिए अगर हम अभी से नहीं संभलें तो भविष्य और भी भयावह ( हारिबल, डार्कनेस, ) हो सकता है। आगे बढ़ने से पहले हम यह जान लें कि आखिर ग्लोबल वार्मिंग है क्या। क्या है ग्लोबल वार्मिंग? जैसा कि नाम से ही साफ है, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग धरती के वातावरण के तापमान में लगातार हो रही बढ़ोतरी है। हमारी धरती प्राकृतिक तौर पर सूर्य की किरणों से उष्मा ( हीट, गर्मी ) प्राप्त करती है। ये किरणें वायुमंडल ( एटमास्पिफयर) से गुजरती हुईं धरती की सतह (जमीन, बेस) से टकराती हैं और फिर वहीं से परावर्तित ( रिफलेक्शन) होकर पुन: लौट जाती हैं। धरती का वायुमंडल कई गैसों से मिलकर बना है जिनमें कुछ ग्रीनहाउस गैसें भी शामिल हैं। इनमें से अधिकांश ( मोस्ट आफ देम, बहुत अधिक ) धरती के ऊपर एक प्रकार से एक प्राकृतिक आवरण ( लेयर, कवर ) बना लेती हैं। यह आवरण लौटती किरणों के एक हिस्से को रोक लेता है और इस प्रकार धरती के वातावरण को गर्म बनाए रखता है। गौरतलब ( इट इस रिकाल्ड, मालूम होना ) है कि मनुष्यों, प्राणियों और पौधों के जीवित रहने के लिए कम से कम 16 डिग्री सेल्शियस तापमान आवश्यक होता है। वैज्ञानिकों का मानना है कि ग्रीनहाउस गैसों में बढ़ोतरी होने पर यह आवरण और भी सघन ( अधिक मोटा होना) या मोटा होता जाता है। ऐसे में यह आवरण सूर्य की अधिक किरणों को रोकने लगता है और फिर यहीं से शुरू हो जाते हैं ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के दुष्प्रभाव ( साइड इफेक्ट) ।

क्या हैं ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की वजह? ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जिम्मेदार तो मनुष्य और उसकी गतिविधियां (एक्टिविटीज ) ही हैं। अपने आप को इस धरती का सबसे बुध्दिमान प्राणी समझने वाला मनुष्य अनजाने में या जानबूझकर अपने ही रहवास ( हैबिटेट,रहने का स्थान) को खत्म करने पर तुला हुआ है। मनुष्य जनित ( मानव निर्मित) इन गतिविधियों से कार्बन डायआक्साइड, मिथेन, नाइट्रोजन आक्साइड इत्यादि ग्रीनहाउस गैसों की मात्रा में बढ़ोतरी हो रही है जिससे इन गैसों का आवरण्ा सघन होता जा रहा है। यही आवरण सूर्य की परावर्तित किरणों को रोक रहा है जिससे धरती के तापमान में वृध्दि हो रही है। वाहनों, हवाई जहाजों, बिजली बनाने वाले संयंत्रों ( प्लांटस), उद्योगों इत्यादि से अंधाधुंध होने वाले गैसीय उत्सर्जन ( गैसों का एमिशन, धुआं निकलना ) की वजह से कार्बन डायआक्साइड में बढ़ोतरी हो रही है। जंगलों का बड़ी संख्या में हो रहा विनाश इसकी दूसरी वजह है। जंगल कार्बन डायआक्साइड की मात्रा को प्राकृतिक रूप से नियंत्रित करते हैं, लेकिन इनकी बेतहाशा कटाई से यह प्राकृतिक नियंत्रक (नेचुरल कंटरोल ) भी हमारे हाथ से छूटता जा रहा है। इसकी एक अन्य वजह सीएफसी है जो रेफ्रीजरेटर्स, अग्निशामक ( आग बुझाने वाला यंत्र) यंत्रों इत्यादि में इस्तेमाल की जाती है। यह धरती के ऊपर बने एक प्राकृतिक आवरण ओजोन परत को नष्ट करने का काम करती है। ओजोन परत सूर्य से निकलने वाली घातक पराबैंगनी ( अल्ट्रावायलेट ) किरणों को धरती पर आने से रोकती है। वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि इस ओजोन परत में एक बड़ा छिद्र ( होल) हो चुका है जिससे पराबैंगनी किरणें (अल्टा वायलेट रेज ) सीधे धरती पर पहुंच रही हैं और इस तरह से उसे लगातार गर्म बना रही हैं। यह बढ़ते तापमान का ही नतीजा है कि धु्रवों (पोलर्स ) पर सदियों से जमी बर्फ भी पिघलने लगी है। विकसित या हो अविकसित देश, हर जगह बिजली की जरूरत बढ़ती जा रही है। बिजली के उत्पादन ( प्रोडक्शन) के लिए जीवाष्म ईंधन ( फासिल फयूल) का इस्तेमाल बड़ी मात्रा में करना पड़ता है। जीवाष्म ईंधन के जलने पर कार्बन डायआक्साइड पैदा होती है जो ग्रीनहाउस गैसों के प्रभाव को बढ़ा देती है। इसका नतीजा ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के रूप में सामने आता है।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के प्रभाव :

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग पर्यायवरण से जुड़ा सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा है। धरती पर कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड की मात्रा बढ़ने के कारण वातावरण का तापमान दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ता जा रहा है जो कि सभी जीवों के लिए बहुत ही हानिकारक है। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण वर्षा में कमी आई है जिससे वनस्पति पर बहुत प्रभाव पड़ता है और सभी को अनुकूल वातावरण नहीं मिल पाता है। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से छुटकारा पाने के लिए हम सबको ज्यादा से ज्यादा पेड़ लगाने चाहिए ताकि वो कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड को ग्रहण करले और ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या खत्म हो सके। हमें वाहनों का भी कम ही प्रयोग करना चाहिए।

Global warming का अर्थ यह होता है कि, लगातार तापमान बढ़ना । जब भी इंसानी प्रजा धरती पर कुछ ऐसा परिवर्तन करती है या फिर कोई ऐसा बदलाव करती है, जिसको ग्लोबल वॉर्मिंग कहा जाता है । धरती पर इन सभी बदलाओ की वजह से , सूरज की रोशनी को लगातार ग्रहण करती हमारी पृथ्वी दिनों-दिन गर्म हो रही है । इसका जो बुरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है वह यह है कि, धरती पर कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड का स्तर गति से बढ़ रहा है । यदि ऐसा ही रहा तो वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक धरती पर इंसानओ का विनाश बहुत ही जल्द हो जाएगा ।

वैज्ञानिकों के मुताबिक यदि ग्लोबल वॉर्मिंग को रोकना है तो मुख्य रूप से सी.एफ.सी जैसे घातक गैसों का उत्सर्जन रोकना होगा । और इसके अलावा हमें फ्रीज , वोशिंग मशीन , एयर कंडीशनर का उपयोग बहुत ही ज्यादा कम करना पड़ेगा ‌। यदि हम भी साथ देंगे तो इस काम को करने में आसानी रहेगी ।

पूरी दुनिया में बहुत सी ऐसी कंपनियां है, जो धुआ बाहर निकालती हैं यह धुआ बहुत ही ज्यादा हानिकारक होता है । क्योंकि इसके अंदर कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड की मात्रा बहुत ही ज्यादा होती है । इसलिए ऐसी कंपनियों को हमें बंद करवा देनी चाहिए । यदि हम एक दूसरे का साथ देंगे, और हमारे वैज्ञानिक और environment लोगों का साथ देंगे, तो मैं दावे के साथ कह सकता हूं कि एक दिन हमारी पृथ्वी Global warming मुक्त हो जाएगी ।

एक शोध के अनुसार ये दावा किया गया है, कि यदि ग्लोबल वार्मिंग इसी प्रकार बढती रही तो धरती को नष्ट होने से कोई नहीं बचा सकता ।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण ( causes of global warming in Hindi ):

• ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के लिए सबसे अधिक उतरदायी ग्रीन हाउस गैसेस में लगातार होती बढ़ोतरी है| ग्रीन हाउस गैसेस में कार्बनडाईआक्साइड, मिथेन, आदि गैसेस शामिल है, जो सूर्य से आने वाली’ ऊष्मा को अवशोषित करती है । • अन्यं कारण मानव द्वारा प्रयोक किये जाने वाले स्त्रोत जैसे एसी, फ्रिज, एवं कारखानों से निकलने वाली गर्मी के कारण गर्मी का स्तर बढने लगा है ।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के घातक परिणामों की सूची काफी विस्तृत है, परन्तु हम यहाँ केवल कुछ महत्वपूर्ण प्रभावों के बारे में चर्चा करेंगे:- • ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की बढ़ोतरी के कारण पर्यावरण पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है, जिससे प्राक्रतिक व्यवस्था का संतुलन भी बिगड़ता जा रहा है । • ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण मौसम में हानिकारक परिवर्तन हो रहे है, बर्फ दिनोदिन पिघल रही है, एवं समुंद्र के जल का स्तर बढ़ रहा है, जिससे बाड़ के हालत बन ने की आशा की जा रही है । • ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से उत्पन्न तबाही को एक विश्व युद्ध से भी ज्यादा संकटपूर्ण माना जा रहा है ।

विश्व के सभी वैज्ञानिक चिंताजनक है, एवं विभिन्न प्रयासों में रत है, कि किस प्रकार दुनिया को तबाही से बचाया जाये| इसके लिए हम सभी को जागरूक होकर पर्यावरण को प्रदूषित होने से बचाना होगा, एवं इसे तत्वों एवं संसाधनों को त्यागना होगा जो ग्लोबल वार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देते है ।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग आज के समय की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है। पृथ्वी के तापमान में निरंतर हो रही वृद्धि को ही ग्लोबल वार्मिंग कहा गया है। हमारा वातावरण दिन प्रतिदिन गर्म होता जा रहा है जिसका मुख्य कारण वातावरण में कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड की मात्रा में वृद्धि होना है। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के हमारे जीवन पर बहुत ही नकारात्म प्रभाव पड़ते हैं।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण – ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के बहुत से कारण हैं जिनमें से कुछ प्राकृतिक हैं तो कुछ मानव निर्मित हैं।

1. गरीन हाउस गैस जैसे कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड, सल्फर डाई ऑक्साईड आदि की वातावरण में वृद्दि के कारण ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या उत्पन्न हुई है। 2. कारखानों से निकलने वाली विषयुक्त गैसों के कारण वातावरण का तापमान बढ़ रहा है। 3. निरंतर पेड़ो की कटाई के कारण वातावरण में मौजुद कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड की खपत नहीं हो रही है जिससे कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड की मात्रा वातावरण में बढ़ती जा रही है। 4. कोयले के प्रयोग से भी जहरीली गैसे निकलती है जो ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का कारण है।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के प्रभाव- ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के बहुत ही नकारात्मक प्रभाव है। इससे जलवायु परिवर्तन हो रही है जिसके कारण वर्षा अकाल हो रही है और हमारी फसलों पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। हमें शुद्ध ऑक्सीजन भी नहीं मिल रही है। ग्लेशियरस पिघल रहे हैं। ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण ओजोन परत में भी छेद हो गया है जिसके कारण सूर्य की हानिकारक किरणें पृथ्वी पर पहुँच रही है जिससे त्वचा कैंसर की समस्या बढ़ रही है।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग को कम करने के समाधान- ग्लोबल वार्मिंग वैश्विक स्तर की समस्या है जिसे कम करने के लिए विश्व के सभी लोगों को निम्लिखित समाधान करने होंगे-

1. ज्यादा से ज्यादा पेड़ लगाने होंगे ताकि कार्बन डाई ऑक्साईड को उनके द्वारा ग्रहण कर लिया जाए। 2. कोयले के प्रयोग को कम करना होगा। 3. हमें ऊर्जा के ऐसे स्त्रोतों का प्रयोग करना होगा जो हानिकारक न हो जैसे सौर ऊर्जा, पवन ऊर्जा आदि। 4. परिवहन के साधनों को भी कम करके ग्लोबल वार्मिंग को बढ़ने से रोका जा सकता है। हमें नीजी वाहनों का प्रयोग करने की बजाय सार्वजनिक वाहनों का प्रयोग करना चाहिए। 5. अलग अलग तरह के कैंप लगाकर लोगों को ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से होने वाली हानि के विषय में बताना चाहिए और उन्हें इसे रोकने को प्रति जागरूक करना चाहिए। 6. हमें वातावरण में ग्रीन हाउस गैसों का कम उत्सर्जन करना चाहिए और जलवायु परिवर्तन को अपनाना चाहिए।

दुनिया भर में ग्लोबल वार्मिंग एक प्रमुख वायुमंडलीय मुद्दा है| हमारी पृथ्वी की सतह सूर्य की गर्मी फँसाने और वायुमंडलीय कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड के स्तर में वृद्धि करके दिन-प्रतिदिन गर्म होती जा रही है। यह दिन के दिन बढ़ते हुए बुरा प्रभाव और इंसानों के जीवन में बड़ी समस्याएं पैदा कर रहा है। यह बड़े सामाजिक मुद्दों के विषय में से एक बन गया है, जो एक महान स्तर पर सामाजिक जागरूकता की आवश्यकता है। लोग इसे तुरंत हल करने के लिए इसका अर्थ, कारण, प्रभाव और समाधान जानना चाहिए। लोगों को एक साथ आने और पृथ्वी पर जीवन बचाने के लिए इसे हल करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का प्रभाव

सैकड़ों वर्ष पहले ग्रीन हाउस गैस कई वर्षों के लिए वातावरण में रहेंगे। हालांकि, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का असर पृथ्वी पर होने वाला असर बहुत गंभीर होगा। यदि भविष्य में ग्लोबल वार्मिंग जारी रहती है तो कई प्रभाव होंगे। इसमें ध्रुवीय बर्फ कैप्स पिघलने, आर्थिक परिणाम, गर्म पानी और अधिक तूफान, रोग और भूकंप का प्रसार शामिल है|

गैसोलीन को कम करने के लिए मतलब है कि हमारे पास हाइब्रिड कार चुनने का विकल्प है जो गैसोलीन का इस्तेमाल कम करता है। इसके अलावा, पेट्रोल की कीमतें बढ़ रही हैं। यदि कोई व्यक्ति हर रोज काम करता है तो उन्हें 3 दिनों के बाद पेट्रोल पंप करने की जरूरत होती है और कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड बनती है गैसोलीन को कम करने का एक अन्य तरीका सार्वजनिक परिवहन या कारपूल को काम पर ले जाता है यह कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड को कम करने और लागत को बचाने में मदद कर सकता है।

Essay On Global Warming in 300 Words

Global warming is a phenomenon where the earth’s average temperature rises due to increased amounts of greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane and ozone trap the incoming radiation from the sun. This effect creates a natural “blanket”, which prevents the heat from escaping back into the atmosphere. This effect is called the greenhouse effect.

Contrary to popular belief, greenhouse gases are not inherently bad. In fact, the greenhouse effect is quite important for life on earth. Without this effect, the sun’s radiation would be reflected back into the atmosphere, freezing the surface and making life impossible. However, when greenhouse gases in excess amounts get trapped, serious repercussions begin to appear. The polar ice caps begin to melt, leading to a rise in sea levels. Furthermore, the greenhouse effect is accelerated when polar ice caps and sea ice melts. This is due to the fact the ice reflects 50% to 70% of the sun’s rays back into space, but without ice, the solar radiation gets absorbed. Seawater reflects only 6% of the sun’s radiation back into space. What’s more frightening is the fact that the poles contain large amounts of carbon dioxide trapped within the ice. If this ice melts, it will significantly contribute to global warming. 

A related scenario when this phenomenon goes out of control is the runaway-greenhouse effect. This scenario is essentially similar to an apocalypse, but it is all too real. Though this has never happened in the earth’s entire history, it is speculated to have occurred on Venus. Millions of years ago, Venus was thought to have an atmosphere similar to that of the earth. But due to the runaway greenhouse effect, surface temperatures around the planet began rising. 

If this occurs on the earth, the runaway greenhouse effect will lead to many unpleasant scenarios – temperatures will rise hot enough for oceans to evaporate. Once the oceans evaporate, the rocks will start to sublimate under heat. In order to prevent such a scenario, proper measures have to be taken to stop climate change.
